The Pearl Among the Olive Trees can be seen among the branches of centuries-old olive trees, on the beautiful Etruscan Coast, a few minutes from the golden beaches of the Rimigliano (San Vincenzo) area.
Over 500 square meters of comfort, elegance, and sophisticated simplicity. It emanates light and enjoys large spaces both indoors and outdoors. Recently built, equipped with home automation systems, and with precious attention to the environment. At 100 meters from the Villa there is the dependance, a completely independent villa, composed by two two-room apartments for a total of 65 square meters, communicating, with reserved outdoor areas, a porch on the front and a bioclimatic pergola on the back to guarantee complete relaxation, also equipped with all comforts and carefully finished. The park is the setting for the environment: 15,000 square meters of nature, greenery and peace.
The swimming pool designed with modern features and clean lines; white marble for the flooring of the solarium on which they insist, sun loungers, armchairs and sofas sheltered by a gazebo and equipped with a shower and changing room, surrounded by the olive trees protagonists with their wise and elegant rare beauty.
